Privacy Policy

Effective July 2026

This policy explains, in plain English, what information Reno·Vision collects when you visit the site or submit a form, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, please reach out using the contact details below.

What we collect.

Contact information you give us (name, phone, email, and any message) when you submit a form, plus basic usage and advertising data (pages viewed, and if enabled, Meta Pixel / advertising cookies and UTM campaign tags).

How we use it.

To respond to you, show you relevant home listings and renovation-financing options, send the updates you asked for, measure our advertising, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with.

Our real-estate agent (Peter C. Grosso, RE/MAX Integrity Leaders) so they can follow up with you, and the service providers that run our website, messaging, email, and advertising on our behalf. If you ask us to, we can refer you to licensed mortgage lenders experienced in renovation lending — we do not share your information with any lender unless you request it. We share only what is needed for those purposes, and we do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS).

If you opt in, you may receive up to 8 messages per month about listings and renovation financing. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Your choices.

Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop all marketing email. You can also contact us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.

How long we keep it.

We keep your information for as long as needed to follow up with you and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
